Guest Speaker Barry Kalmanson, Esquire

A central Florida native, Mr. Kalmanson received both his Bachelor of Science degree in building construction and his law degree from the University of Florida. Mr. Kalmanson is a certified building contractor and a Florida Real Estate Commission licensed real estate broker. He has served as Chairman of the FL Construction Industry Licensing Board pursuant to an appointment by former Governor Jeb Bush. Mr. Kalmanson concentrates his legal practice in the construction industry. He is the author of How To File A Florida Construction Lien (And Collect!) and many other publications.


Guest Speaker Robert Worman, Esquire

Robert B. Worman graduated from the Univ. of Florida in 1969 with his business administration-accounting degree and in 1973 with his law degree. Robert is an AV-Preeminent® rated attorney, and Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator whose offices are located in Winter Park (Orlando), Florida. Mr. Worman was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1973. He limits his practice to the representation of businesses and individuals employed in construction activities throughout Florida. In 1987 he was appointed by Gov. Martinez as a member of the Construction Industry Licensing Board, and served through 1991. Over the past 40 years he has been a speaker at numerous seminars throughout Florida on Florida's Construction Lien and Bond Laws.
